Oakland, CA -California Humanities is honored to be a recipient of a $32,405 grant from the California Arts Council (CAC) as a part of its 2024-25 funding cycle, which invests practically $19.5 million to help arts, tradition, and creativity throughout the state.
This basic working help grant strengthens our dedication to enriching communities via the humanities by fostering storytelling, dialogue, and cultural understanding. California Humanities will help the cultural ecosystem of California via statewide grant making that amplifies public applications on the intersection of the humanities and the humanities.
